We urge you to consider taking part in our online classes and/or to set up an online private with your instructor. This will really help while the studio is closed! Classes are limited to 10 students so that we can really see and cue everyone correctly. It is very similar to being in a class at the studio! Privates will be mat-based or tailored to the equipment you have at home.
