Get ready to sense how to load through the whole leg and foot complex is carried through or stunted by how we organize ourselves into gravity and with our environment. Explore micro moves that help the bones of the hip communicate all the way to our feet and vice versa. Learn Release and Activations for each of these areas to bring them each fully online so they can communicate and work as a whole. Once aligned and communicating we will challenge the Leg and Foot by loading it with varied forces in different relationships with gravity so that it can handle any terrain that we might find ourselves walking upon.
This is a great add on to all the material that we went over in Shoulder, Core, and Leg Relationship in Walking. But if you did not take the last workshop and you don’t want to purchase the recording it is OK. This workshop on Hip, Knee, Ankle, and Foot Relationship in Walking stands on its own too!
